You must read this user agreement and privacy statement carefully before your registration. Once registered successfully, it means that you have read, agree with and accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement and statement. If we make any changes to this statement, we will post notice of changes on the website, all agreement takes effect automatically after release. If you do not agree to this amendment, your relationships with Rixin will have to be terminated.

First, the User Registration:

1.User Eligibility:

The user must be a company or individual who is able to sign a legally binding contract under the applicable law. If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. Your user account do not allowed to be transferred or sold to other parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in accordance with your wishes.

2. information to fill in:

To ensure normal transaction, the user must provide real and effective personal information. If there are any changes of these information, you must inform us timely for update.

Second, Privacy:

(1) Without your prior consent, Rixin won't use your personal data, real name, address, e-mail , telephone number and other user information for other purposes.

(2) Personal data security.Rixin adopt secure server and use control equipment protection to protect your personal data.

Third, The Transaction

Product prices and availability are specified on the site. This information will be changed at any time without any notice. The delivery fee will also be settled separately, which depending on the different delivery methods you choose. If an accident happens, after confirming your order, due to vendor's price increase, price changes caused by changes in tax or due to site errors caused by price changes,Rixin will inform you via email or phone. In this situation, Rixin won’t cancel your order, allowing you to decide whether to cancel the order.

Fourth, quality and after-sales service

All products from RIXIN will indicate exact manufacturer’s names and part numbers. Please check part number, brand and other related information carefully before you place order. RIXIN will not accept any return or replacement request if customers make mistake by themselves.

1.Acceptance conditions for returns or replacements:

1). Please make sure the receipt and check of items within one week after receipt of the goods.

2). If there are quality problems, please show the test report from authorized test houses or submitted user’s defected feedback report within 30 days. It shall not be accepted once expired. Please be sure to retain the original packaging and label for all products which need to be returned or replaced.

3). If the actual number of receipt and the model do not match, please provide photos of the receipt, goods and related pictures to prove. Once confirmed that RiXin sent the wrong goods , RiXin will arrange the replacements timely for you.

4). If apply for returns because of product quality problems, you need to provide detailed performance test report ,which act as replacements or returns proofs for RiXin to negotiate with suppliers.

5). About purchase order issued VAT invoice, you need to send the invoice back to us as well after returns confirmed.

2.Non-acceptance conditions for returns or replacements

1). Original packaging and labels are damaged or missing.

2). Already used or tested products (with the exception of products’ quality problems)

3).If customer don’t show any objection to the quality of the product within 30 days, Rixin will take it as the product quality is fully in line with the requirements by default.

3. Return address : If returns or replacements confirmed, we will offer you concrete shipment address for returns or replacements.

4. Process time for customer service:

1). RiXin’s customer service representatives will accept and solve return applications in 2 days after customers submit them.

2). RiXin will refund or replace the goods after getting back returns

5.Returns freight Description:

1). RiXin will bear the freight cost caused by wrong quantity, wrong model and product quality problems.

2). As a result of your mistake which led to returns, Rixin will not bear the freight.
